I don’t have a long client roster yet — what I have is a working system, built and running in production for my own organization, and the scars from getting it there. If you’re a small organization or nonprofit thinking about AI and not sure where to start, that’s the exact problem I’ve been solving for myself.

Most small organizations don’t need a flashy AI rollout — they need someone to help them figure out what’s actually worth automating, what’s too risky to hand off, and how to keep a human in the loop where it matters. I bring a framework for tiered risk and audit trails, built from running it myself.
Infrastructure that just works
Two decades of Windows systems, DNS, and network work means I can also just help with the unglamorous stuff underneath — the parts that have to be right before any AI project is worth starting.
Straight talk before a build
