About Mark
I spent most of two decades doing IT infrastructure work — Windows systems, DNS, networks that had to just work whether anyone noticed or not. I’m applying that same instinct now to a newer problem: helping small organizations use AI without losing track of what it’s actually doing.
I also founded Funny Not Funny, an advocacy platform covering environmental justice, animal welfare, human rights, and Indigenous rights — and I run its entire technical infrastructure myself, including the AI systems it depends on.
I keep current through hands-on coursework — recent sessions on AI agent architecture (Google’s ADK master class) and Anthropic’s AI Fluency and agent skills curriculum.
